Specialty Bouquets are delivered LOCALLY ONLY within a 60 mile radius of our location on the date that is given or specified otherwise!

Deliveries are dropped off to the address given when purchased unless stated otherwise

Adress changes are only available by email or phone call 24-48hrs prior to delivery.

Sales & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

• Severe Damage: If your flowers arrive significantly damaged or compromised beyond reasonable quality standards

• Lost Shipments: If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

In either case, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, along with their order number. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or partial/full refund, at our sole discretion.

Please note:

• Natural variations in color, size, shape, and bloom stage are expected and are not considered defects.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

• Proper care upon delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
